After two months of my arrival, I have come to the conclusion that Barcelona ... a city is tiring! In the physical sense of course! The people - in particular the Erasmus, but not only - seem never to go home at night, spinning like shadows from one barrio to another. Restless.
One might think: "Today is only Tuesday .. where I could end this night? Will be a quiet evening !!"... Well anyone who thinks this way is wrong! All
could begin to 'Harlem Jazz Club, two hours listening to Jam Session spun incessantly, in a fantastic atmosphere, including round tables, dim lights, and smell "mix" cigar-cigarette-leek (which seems not to abandon the rest of the night). To then continue to
Manchester Pub: British style course. Great music and decor shock, ranging from the stool to the chair in red velvet, from the paintings of sex pistols covered by the lamp of old cassette tapes.
The beer also is not so dear, so do not miss ever!
In places like the 3 coming soon, and sooner or later we must go .. perhaps at home!
But no, the night can not end like this! The best way to conclude and close in a closet, I know that does not seem normal. But in Barcelona there too! In
Raval locals abound illegal ..
We approach cautiously to a gate in a deserted street. With the hand we give two taps, two eyes and immediately appear from behind a crack. We hear the sound of a manila turning, and the little door opens at our feet. A boy with dreadlocks beard and put a finger on her lips and beckons us to enter.
The place you would not think a bar, not at all: the room is large and bare. Three large paintings cover the walls, the sides are tables with chairs, and down the hall, majestic, stands a large antique wardrobe (those style "grandmother's house, with two large wings covered with mirrors and dark wood worked well!).
Not understanding how the local look at the guy asking for an explanation. "Revenue in the closet," she says, pointing with a finger the right door.
with a slight creak, the door opens, and we are in a bar style "Prohibition 50 years, '" the two low-ceilinged rooms are large, and the air is thick with smoke. Tovato a comfortable place to sit, we can do is stay there and enjoy the last drops of this long night ...
